On Wednesday 07 December 2016, Miss Jordan was invited to the Long Gallery in Stormont. There, she attended a reception for Principals of schools who had been evaluated following inspection as
"Having a high level of capacity for sustained improvement in the interest of all the learners".
The school was inspected in January 2016 and was presented with the following findings:
Achievements and Outcomes Outstanding
Provision for Learning Outstanding
Leadership and Management Outstanding
The welcome address was given by Mrs Noelle Buick, Chief Inspector ETI and was then followed by a speech from Mr Peter Weir, Minister for Education. Principals were then presented with their certificates.
