RE: Paediatric Feeding Event 2023
My name is Catherine McAnuff and I am the Service Lead for the SHSCT Paediatric Feeding Service. The team are hosting a free information event for parents, carers and health professional to help address feeding challenges in babies and children ‘The Paediatric Feeding Event 2023’. The event will take place on Thursday 30th March 2023 in the Seagoe Parish Centre, Portadown.
This event will include talks from a range of specialists including Paediatric Gastroenterologists, ENT specialist, Neonatal specialists and Clinical Psychologist. There will also be workshops and a variety of information stands covering a wide range of services who support our children and young people, along with their families and carers. Parents will also share their personal stories on how eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties have impacted on their child and family. Further event details are contained within the Event Programme, as attached.
We are particularly keen to increase the number for parents/carers attending the event.
